🔁 Marraccini Chronicles Returns & Refund Policy

At Marraccini Chronicles, every item is made just for you when you place your order. Because of this, our return process is a little different than traditional retailers.

We’ve partnered with our fulfillment provider, Printful, to handle production and returns.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

We only offer returns or replacements in the case of:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items received

If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right — just reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item.

📸 What We’ll Need From You

To process a return or replacement, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item (showing the problem)

This helps us quickly work with Printful to resolve your issue.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

We recommend checking sizing charts carefully before ordering.

🔄 Replacements

If your item is confirmed to be damaged or defective:

  • A replacement will be sent at no additional cost

  • No need to return the original item unless instructed

💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • A replacement cannot be fulfilled

  • There is a confirmed issue with your order

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

⏱ Processing Time

Once your request is reviewed:

  • We’ll respond within 2–3 business days

  • Replacements are typically processed within a few days after approval
