Marraccini Chronicles Shipping Policy

At Marraccini Chronicles, all of our products are made just for you when you place an order. Because of this, shipping times may be slightly different than traditional retailers.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
This includes the time it takes to create and prepare your custom item through our fulfillment partner, Printful.

During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.

🚚 Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after processing:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

⚠️ Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or international processing

❗ Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

🌍 International Orders

International customers may be responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

These are not included in your order total and are determined by your local government.
